Defective items are covered by our manufacturers warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The Fashletics® Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. After the expiration of the warranty period, Fashletics® may provide repair services, which will be subject to your prepayment of all estimated costs for parts and labor.
For all inquiries regarding returns and defective items, please email info@fashletics.com before sending your item. A Fashletics® rep will verify the warranty coverage and ensure timely processing of your request. If the defective item is no longer available on our website, a store credit or refund may be issued at Fashletics® sole discretion.
