FIRST CLASS MAIL: Order by THURSDAY 12/15/16 @ 12PM EST
PRIORITY MAIL: Order by 12/19/16 @ 12pm EST
International Orders
- Order by 12/19/16 and select DHL International Shipping
Military Orders (APO/FPO AE ZIP 093 and all other Military addresses)
- Order by 12/9/16 with First Class Mail or Priority Mail
