Q: How do I clean my jewelry?

A: Your bronze and pewter jewelry can be easily polished with a product called Brass-O which is available at most hardware stores, some grocery stores, and on amazon.  Brass-O is a strong cleaner and will have your jewelry looking like new. 

For your sterling silver jewelry there are a variety of silver cleaning products. Liquid silver polish can be found at most hardware and grocery stores, or on Amazon. We also like silver polishing cloths which are not as messy as a liquid polish and can be used over and over again. They also work on pewter for a light polish. You can also use this type of cloth regularly on your jewelry to keep it bright and shiny. This is great for maintenance!

Q: When will my product(s) ship?

A: You will receive an email once your order is processed and a tracking number once your order is shipped.  All jewelry is hand assembled in our Miami studio so please allow up to 2-3 business days for your items to be completed and shipped. (Schedule changes during holiday season are noted above***)  Our default shipping method is USPS Priority  which usually takes 2-3 business days for US delivery (though this is not guaranteed by the USPS). We also offer First Class shipping which takes about 3-5 business days. 

International Orders: International orders take up to three business days process before they are shipped.  International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail which takes about 6-10 business days.  Occasionally International orders may take longer (especially during the holiday season) due to sorting at customs. This is out of our control... please be patient!
