Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Each Fashletics® item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you receive your merchandise and decide you would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.
All exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in new and unused condition and include the original receipt. (If you do not have the original receipt, please provide the name or email address of the person that place the order and we can look up the necessary information.) Please use a trackable shipping method as Fashletics® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your item will be returned/exchanged upon receipt. Please include a note indicating what you are exchanging your item for, or if you are requesting a refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
